How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To file a copyright infringement claim, provide all of the following information in your notice:

• The URL(s) of the material on ArcadeZone that you believe infringes your copyright.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the following:

• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A description of the material and its location prior to removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which ArcadeZone may be found.
• Your electronic or physical signature.
